Compositionally, i'd say it's pretty good except for the cut off legs of the butterfly.
It could use some sharpening as well.
And finally, it seems to be a bit overexposed (flowers 'above' the butterfly).
Other than that, it's a nice shot :)

A little more DOF would be better.....but nice capture!

It annoys me how parts of the butterfly is blurred, like the wing and the antennas. I also agree with everything Slapo said, and I think the dark thing on the right edge could have been cropped off. It is a little distracting from the butterfly.
In any case, a white frame would look good to the image, since there are white flowers in it. Frames always look good on photos, in my opinion.

The focus is not perfect, but it's a nice image.
Good work.

I agree with all the comments above. In addition, from the point of view of the framing, the position of the butterfly indicates that the object of the "attack" is somewhere below and to the left. This makes the upper left part of the photo practically useless.

I think shooting this in telephoto mode from a bit back would be better than trying in macro mode as the DOF would be greater. I also would frame the butterfly more to the top as if it was looking down on the photo.
Good to see some new works from you!! :)
